Regression therapy is a therapeutic process that uses one’s earlier life experiences as source material to resolve current problems. This concept is similar to psychodynamic therapy. However, regression therapy is more solution-focused, whereas psychodynamic therapy is more interested in the process and the experience. Past life therapy encompasses all the same techniques and theories as regression therapy, however, the boundaries are lifted from the conscious mind, enabling the client to explore a past-life. Regressing someone back to his childhood or a past-life is by no means a phenomenon. If you listen carefully, people regress all the time, whether it’s at a casual party or standing in line at a grocery store. In a therapeutic setting, a therapist will help a client regress and to make the unconscious conscious. By using different therapeutic techniques such as hypnotherapy, guided imagery, relaxation exercises or just talk-therapy, a client can be regressed into a past memory that may be influencing his present life in a negative way. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hand with specific
thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. it
is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of
the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a
physical change to the body. There are many
theories but in our approach we look at the nervous system as the
explanation of reflexology's working. Pressure sensors in the feet and hands are a part of the body's reflexive response that makes possible the "fight or flight" reaction to danger. Feet ready to flee and hands ready to fight communicate with the body's internal organs to make possible wither eventuality. The sudden adrenal surge that enables a person to lift a car is an example of this reaction. Agnihotra is a process of purifying the atmosphere
through a specially prepared fire. It is the smallest Yajnya or Homa
(Sanskrit terms for healing fires) and forms the basis of Homa Therapy. The process involves preparing a small fire
with dried cow-dung in a copper pyramid of fixed size and putting some
grains of rice and ghee (clarified unsalted butter) into the fire
exactly at sunrise and sunset accompanied by the chant of two simple
Mantras. Anyone in any walk of life can practice Agnihotra and heal the atmosphere in their own home. The point of cleaning
the chakras is to keep energy flow through them smooth and unobstructed.
When you begin working with the chakras and they are open they are also
vulnerable in a way. Open, they sense and respond more to stimuli
thereby affecting you more than if they are closed so it is best to keep
them spic and span just like it's good to keep your physical body clean.
Also if you come in contact with many sick people or situations/areas
with energies that aren't quite 'sanitary' it is best to clean your
chakras to get rid of that unbalanced energy so it does not affect you.
You can also clean your chakras when sick to speed your recovery.
You will notice a huge difference after you clean them. Maybe not
so at first, but with repeated practice you will. After awhile, if
you go without cleaning your chakras and then do so you will notice it
big time. Also, if you are getting a sore throat for example it is
a good idea to cleanse the throat chakra to combat the sickness.
Cleaning chakras boils down to one thing, health and smoother energy
flow. Aura Cleaning your aura is very important. A clean healthy aura strengthens the immune system and prevents harmful energies from invading one’s body. Nearly all harmful entities are invisible to the naked eye. Energies, as most physicists know, can be broken down into sub-atomic particles, foe example, light can be broken down into photons. The energy radiated by a powerful aura will burn these harmful energies and entities up before they can do any harm. A powerful aura gives health, happiness, charisma, and energy. People with weak auras are usually in poor health and are depressed. Our personal energies act on our environments and direct our fate. Aromatherapy is used for the relief of pain, care for the skin,
alleviate tension and fatigue and invigorate the entire body. Essential
oils can affect the mood, alleviate fatigue, reduce anxiety and promote
relaxation. When inhaled, they work on the brain and nervous system
through stimulation of the olfactory nerves. The essential oils are aromatic essences extracted from plants, flowers, trees, fruits, bark, grasses and seeds with distinctive therapeutic, psychological, and physiological properties, which improve and prevent illness. There are about 150 essential oils. Most of these oils have antiseptic properties; some are antiviral, anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, antidepressant and expectorant. Other properties of the essential oils which are taken advantage of in aromatherapy are their stimulation, relaxation, digestion improvement, and diuretic properties. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Ever since man first scratched the surface of the earth, fine gemstones have been treasured as the elemental essence of the planet.
